It’s been extra special for me to document motherhood while pregnant. The transition into motherhood is something entirely unique in and of itself. I find myself really reflecting on the kind of mother I want to be- The traits I’d love to carry on from my own mother and the areas where I will depart and pave my own path. It’s a truly emotional and personal transition and now that I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy I am even more fascinated with this bond between mother and child. You can see it in a mother’s eyes and a child’s embrace. It’s the most powerful thing.
